Ingredients / Measures

50ml Renais
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml simple syrup
1 ribbon of cucumber
Soda water to top

Share on:

Step 1

Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the soda and shake as hard as you humanly can for 20 seconds to smash all the cucumber inside.

Step 2

Strain through a fine strainer over ice and top with soda water.
