  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Champagne to top

Method

  1. Add

    Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the champagne and shake as hard as you humanly can for 10 seconds.

  2. Strain

    Strain through a fine strainer and top with Champagne.
