15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

Champagne to top

Bubbly and fizzy with the zest of lemon.

Step 1:

Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the champagne and shake as hard as you humanly can for 10 seconds.

 

Step 2:

Strain through a fine strainer and top with Champagne.

We have added a touch of hazelnut liqueur to dial up the nutty, autumnal notes and compliment the white flower flavour profile you would find in a fine Chablis.
