Bubbly and fizzy with the zest of lemon.
Ingredients / Measures
- 30ml Renais
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Champagne to top
Process

Step 1
Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the champagne and shake as hard as you humanly can for 10 seconds.

Strain through a fine strainer and top with Champagne.
