This Grape-led cocktail highlight the notes of Grand cru grape in Renais.
Ingredients / Measures
- 50ml Renais
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- 5 Grapes
- Soda to Top
Process

Step 1
Add the grapes to a shaker and muddle to break apart. Add all other ingredients (except the soda) to the shaker and shake for 10 seconds.

Strain through a fine strainer over ice and top with soda water.
