50ml Renais
100ml Chilled Sparkling Mineral Water
Whole Lemon Peel

Step 1:

Use a vegetable peeler to remove the whole peel from a lemon. Lace this around the inside of a tall glass, squeezing to express the oils.

Step 2:

Fill with ice and build your drink.
