Beets By Jack
Juicy, fragrant beets lend an earthiness & colour to this twist on a Tom Collins.
Beetroot, maple, cardamom.
Ingredients
- 30ml Renais
- 1 muddled beetroot
- 10ml lemon juice
- 10ml cardamom infused maple
- soda
Method
Step 1
Start by adding cooked beetroot into your shaker, muddling to break it up. Add all your other ingredients to a shaker and shake as hard as you humanly can for 20 seconds to smash all the beetroot inside.
Strain
Strain through a fine strainer over ice and top with soda. Garnish with a slice of beetroot and serve.
