A refreshing long drink with Renais Small Batch Gin, warming liqueur, Domaine Watson Chablis and soda.

Ingredients / Measures

/ 30ml Renais Gin
/ 10ml Dry White Wine
/ 20ml Elderflower syrup
/ 20ml fresh lemon juice
/ 80ml soda water

Step 1

Fill a large wine glass to the brim with large chunks of clear, good quality ice.

Step 2

Add all ingredients and give a gentle stir with a long spoon to incorporate ingredients but not to kill the bubbles.
