Crusta Anniversaire
Modernising the classic Crusta with the luxe fusion of Renais, Champagne & a sugar rim.
Decadent and dry, with crisp green apple notes of champagne and layers of minerality, citrus and spice.
Ingredients
- 45ml Renais
- 20ml Lemon
- 20ml Orange Curacao
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 50ml Champagne
- 1 Dash Lemon Bitters
- Golden Caster Sugar & Edible Glitter for the Sugar Rim
Method
Garnish
Garnish the glass with a gold encrusted sugar rim, by brushing the edge of the glass with either lemon juice or sugar syrup for a stronger bond. Then carefully spoon on the rim over a bowl.
Shake
Shake all ingredients apart from the champagne with ice, strain into a coupette and top with champagne.
