- 25ml fresh lemon
- 25ml simple syrup
- 1 bunch herbes de provence
Method
Add
Add all of your ingredients to a shaker and shake as hard as you can for 20 seconds, smashing all the herbs inside.
Strain
Strain through a fine strainer over ice.
