Passionfruit, orange & guava shaken into a silky, tropical take on the Ramos.
Ingredients
- 45ml Renais
- 20ml Triple Sec
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 15ml Egg white
- 1/2 tsp Ceremonial matcha
Method
Step 1
Sieve your matcha into a mixing glass top with Renais and lemon then whisk to incorporate.
Step 2
Transfer the incorporated liquid into a shaker then add your sweet, sour and egg white on top. Fill your shaker with ice.
Strain
Strain into a glass, garnish with lemon oils and serve immediately.
