- / 1 Eiweiß
- / 20ml frischer Zitronensaft
- / 20ml Akazienhonig-Sirup
- / 5ml Fino Sherry

Add all ingredients into your cocktail shaker, fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, quality ice, shake as hard as you can for 20 seconds.

Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupette glass.
