- 30ml Renais
- 100ml Chilled Tonic
- 30ml Frischer Espresso (1 Schuss)
Method
Step 1
Build a Gin and Tonic in a highball, by pouring the the gin over ice and topping up with tonic.
Step 2
Slowly add a shot of fresh espresso to the glass. Admire your layering but give it a gentle mix before enjoying.
