180ml Renais

1 Flasche trockener Weißwein (vorzugsweise Chablis)

100ml weißer Pfirsich- und Thymiansirup*

60ml Gomme-Zuckersirup

Sodawasser zum Auffüllen

Dezent süßer Pfirsich und erdiger Thymian vereinen sich zu einem erfrischenden Sundowner Sharer.

Vor dem Servieren frische Pfirsichscheiben hinzufügen und nochmals umrühren. Die Sangria in ein Glas gießen und nach Belieben mit Soda auffüllen. Genießen!
