This recipe is adapted from bartender Vincenco Errico who created it in acclaimed Match bar in 2002 in London. We may be biased but it is was destined to be a Renais cocktail.

Tasting notes

The bitter notes of Campari are balanced with the smoothness of Renais, Sugar and Lemon.

Ingredients / Measures

  • 30ml Renais
  • 20ml Campari
  • 20ml Lemon
  • 20ml Sugar
  • 5 Grapes

Step 1

Add your grapes to a shaker and crush them with a muddler or rolling pin. Add the rest of your ingredients and shake as hard as you can. Fine strain into a glass with fresh ice and enjoy.
