Tasting notes

Renais, white chocolate liqueur, cream

Ingredients / Measures

  • / 50ml Renais
  • / 25ml Crème de cacao
  • / 25ml Cream
  • / 10ml Egg whites

Step 1

Add all your ingredients to a shaker. Shake hard without ice to emulsify the ingredients.

 

Step 2

Then add ice and shake hard again. Fine strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a grating of nutmeg.
