- / 60 ml Gin Renais
- / 15ml domaine Watson Chablis
- / 2 gocce di bitter al limone
Process

Step 1
PLACE YOUR GLASS IN THE FREEZER!

Step 2
Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass, fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, quality ice, stir with the end of a spoon for 20 seconds to chill and dilute.

Step 3
Remove your glass from the freezer and strain your cocktail into it.
