Paris Calling
Eine frühlingshafte Abwandlung des kultigen London Calling Cocktails. Ein klassischer Gin Sour mit einem Hauch von trockenem Fino Sherry und Zitrusfrüchten im Hintergrund. Der Paris Calling fügt die Frische von Gartenerbsen hinzu, um die Mineralität des Renais zu betonen.

- / 30ml Renais
- / 20ml Zitrone
- / 20ml Holunderblütensirup
- / 20ml Fino Sherry
- / gemixter Petit Pois
- / Erbsen zum Garnieren
Process

Step 1
Muddle a table spoon of fresh petit pois or alternatively quickly blanched peas if frozen.

Step 2
Add your ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake as hard as you can. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy. Garnish with a pod of petit pois.
