Ingredients / Measures
- 180ml Renais
- 1 bottiglia di Vino Bianco Secco (preferibilmente Chablis)
- 100ml Sciroppo di Pesca Bianca e Timo*
- 60ml Sciroppo di Zucchero Gomme
- Acqua di Seltz per Completare
Process

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients (except the soda water) to a pitcher. Give the ingredients a good mix and allow them to rest for a few hours.

Step 2
Before serving, add fresh peach slices and mix again. Pour out a glass of the Sangria and top up with soda as desired. Enjoy!
