Ingredients

/ 20ml lemon juice

/ 10ml orgeat/ almond syrup

/ 10ml hazelnut liqueur

/ 50ml renais

/ 2 dashes angostura bitters

/ 1 pinch of salt

/ Garnish with a twist of lemon

Tasting Notes

Step 1:

Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice and shake.

 

Step 2:

Double strain into a frozen glass.

 

Step 3:

Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing it’s oils before adding to the drink.
