Ein exquisiter weißer Negroni, hergestellt mit Renais Small Batch Gin, aromatisiertem Weißwein und leicht würzigem Likör.

Aus Renais Small Batch Gin, aromatisiertem Weißwein und leicht gewürztem Likör entsteht ein exquisiter weißer Negroni.
Ingredients / Measures
- 25ml Renais
- 25ml Weißer Wermut
- 25ml Aperol
- 2 Erdbeeren
- 1 große Orangenschale
Process

Step 1
Place 2 strawberries in a mixing glass and break up with a muddler or the back fork, add the rest of the ingredients along with ice and stir until chilled.

Step 2
Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass and garnish with half a strawberry and a Orange peel.
