This one is for the mojito drinkers. Sharp, bracing, fresh and icy cold. The crushed ice lengths Renais into a tall glass of happiness brimming with citrus and minerality.

Brimming with citrus and minerality, this is the most refreshing drink of the summer.

Ingredients / Measures

  • / 50ml Renais
  • / 25ml Lime
  • / 20ml Sugar
  • / 8 Mint Leaves
  • / Crushed Ice
  • / Bouquet of Mint

Step 1

Add all your ingredients to a highball glass and fill to the top with crushed ice.

 

Step 2

Add a long handled bar spoon to the glass and briskly churn to rapidly chill and dilute until the outside of the glass becomes frosted.

 

Step 3

Cap with a mound of crushed ice, add a straw and nestle in a big bouquet of mint next to where your nose will be when sipping.
