Christmas in NYC
New York, New York. A luxurious wintry riff on a sour, delivered with a velvet texture.
Step 1
Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the red wine, shake as hard as you can without ice to emulsify the ingredients, then add ice and shake again.
Step 2
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, it should be foamy and delicious. Pouring off the back of a spoon, carefully layer on 60ml of good red wine.
