Green Lady

Introducing the Green Lady, a modern take on the traditional sour, the White Lady. This is a cocktail packed with umami flavour, blending the unique tasting notes from the ceremonial matcha with delicate Renais gin, citrus, sweet, and a smooth mouthfeel.

Ingredients / Measures

/ 45ml Renais
/ 20ml Triple Sec
/ 20ml Lemon juice
/ 10ml Sugar syrup
/ 15ml Egg white
/ 1/2 tsp Ceremonial matcha

Step 1:

Sieve your matcha into a mixing glass top with Renais and lemon then whisk to incorporate.

Step 2:

Transfer the incorporated liquid into a shaker then add your sweet, sour and egg white on top. Fill your shaker with ice.

Step 3:

Strain into a glass, garnish with lemon oils and serve immediately.
