Pumpkin Spice season is upon us, and we just couldn't help ourselves, we had to throw our hat into the ring. This simple twist on the classic flip will put any latte to shame.

Tasting notes

Creamy pumpkin & spice.

Ingredients / Measures

  • / 30ml renais
  • / 25ml pumpkin purée
  • / 20ml pumpkin spice syrup
  • / 1 whole egg

Step 1:

Add all your ingredients to a shaker and shake as hard as you humanly can for 20 seconds.

Step 2:

Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled glass. Garnish with some grated nutmeg and serve.
