A luxurious wintry riff on a gin sour rich in texture. This one will need lots of shaking to deliver that velvety foam.

Ingredients / Measures

  • 50ml Renais
  • 20ml Lemon
  • 15ml Sugar 1:1
  • 5ml Frangelico
  • 1 Egg White
  • 60ml Red Wine Float

Step 1

Add all your ingredients to a shaker except the red wine, shake as hard as you can without ice to emulsify the ingredients, then add ice and shake again.

Step 2

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, it should be foamy and delicious. Pouring off the back of a spoon, carefully layer on 60ml of good red wine.
