Ingredients / Measures
- 30ml Gin Renais
- 10ml Chablis Domaine Watson
- 20ml Sirop de Sureau
- 20ml Jus de Citron Frais
- 2 traits de Liqueur de Gentiane Suze
- 80ml Limonade
Process

Step 1
Fill a large wine glass to the brim with large chunks of clear, good quality ice.

Add all ingredients and give a gentle stir with a long spoon to incorporate ingredients but not to kill the bubbles.
